In IATEC Architecture we have more than 19 years transforming ideas into real spaces. We are a studio formed by Nicolás and Álvaro (Architect Y Technical Architect) together with an expert team of technicians in different branches of engineering and construction. Besides, We have a solid network of collaborators that allows us to tackle projects of any scale with technical solvency and a high level of detail..
We are dedicated to comprehensive development of architectural projects, from design and planning to technical management and construction monitoring. We carry out new construction, extensions, reforms, rehabilitation of historic buildings, elevator installation, accessibility projects, changes of use, legalizations, Emergency plans, evaluations and technical reports.
We believe that architecture should improve people's lives and be in balance with the environment. That's why, each project represents a single straight, in which we combine our style and design concept with the needs and personality of each client.
